Arsenal have renewed their interest in Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha and are open to selling a number of players in order to raise funds to sign the winger this summer.
Zaha was on Arsenal’s radar last summer but the north London outfit reportedly had a £40m bid for the Ivorian turned down and the Gunners eventually opted to sign Nicolas Pepe for £72m from Lille.
Zaha joined Manchester United from Crystal Palace in 2013 and was immediately sent back on loan for the remainder of the campaign. He also had loan spells at Cardiff City before returning to Selhurst Park.
According to 90min, Zaha, whose deal expires in 2023, is valued at £40.5m. The Ivorian has dropped plenty of hints that he is ready to move on from Palace this summer. After confirming his desire to play in the Champions League, Zaha also revealed that he wants to win trophies.
After a disappointing 2019/20 campaign by his lofty standards, the 28-year-old winger returned to his best this past season, netting 11 goals in the league.
