According to AS, Sevilla is in talks with Bryan Gil and is looking to raise his release clause to €100-€150m amid interest from Barcelona, Real Madrid and Arsenal.
The 20-year-old winger is currently on loan in Eibar from Sevilla and has emerged as one of the most exciting youngsters in La Liga this campaign under the tutelage of Jose Luis Mendelibar.
The 20-year-old winger has also earned the nickname of “Little Cruyff” for his dazzling skills and is expected to be an important player for Sevilla should he sign a new deal.
Gill is under contract at Sevilla until 2023 with a release clause of €50 million as they are keen to tie the youngster to sign a contract that will either put off interest from potential suitors.
It is expected that Sevilla are set to offer an extension for the youngster to 2025 while hiking Gil’s clause to €100m as minimum and €150m if both parties are in agreement.
His recent performances for Eibar earned him a call-up to Luis Enrique’s Spain squad for the current round of World Cup qualifiers and earned his first international cap against Greece.
